Centralissimo. Signor Sergio gentilissimo. Stanza pulita, solo un po' angusta. Assenza del bidet. Senz'altro raccomandabile!

Good location but with flaws

Hotel is perfectly situated, next to the university and walking distance to the station, port and centro storico. Sergio was also very kind and ready to help. On the downside the bathroom is very smelly, the sewer type of smell. Also the shower is quite non-funcional, the above head rosetta is all clogged up and the water goes everywhere, and the normal handle was not working at all. There is no shelf of any kind to put your shower gel or shampoo so you have to have it in your hand the whole time which can be difficult as the space is very small. Also, the safe was broken and was not operational. The room was generally clean, no problems there, and was cleaned up every day.

Die Lage ist perfekt! Direkt gegenüber der Universität. Bars, Restaurants und Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sergio war super freundlich und bemüht. Wir haben uns rundum wohl, sicher und willkommen gefühlt.
