The apartment facility and staff were good. The one thing to improve is a soundproof window system and a thick curtain to cover lights and noise from outside.

C’e’ di meglio a quel prezzo …

Purtroppo le lenzuola erano sporche e piene di piccoli peli e capelli.Il bidet e’ all’interno della cabina doccia…La carta di una cialda consumata del caffe’ e non rimpiazzata.A un certo punto è mancata la corrente elettrica e quindi per ore non c’era l’aria condizionata…e si moriva. Balconi con persiane mezze rotte che non si chiudevano bene come porta camera.Non abbiamo fatto neanche la colazione perche’ siamo usciti prima.

Nice choice of Napoli

Good location near to train station, and harbour. Communication with host was very good. He is helpful to provide tips to go, and help you need with WhatsApp. Just the breakfast was only provided with very simple bread. But I still like the apartment and our stay.

Vacanze a Napoli

B&B vicino alla stazione di Mergellina e vicinissimo a lungomare Caracciolo, quindi Ottima posizione. Notevole supporto da parte del conduttore Sig.ra Luisa sempre disponibile ad indirizzare le necessità. La camera assegnata, proprio ampia, potrebbe ospitare anche 4 persone; noi eravamo in 3. Bagno all'interno della camera di buone dimensioni, per niente stretto. Camera dotata di aria condizionata personale. Ambiente pulito. Da prendere seriamente in considerazione da parte della Proprietà la climatizzazione delle aree comuni da dove, data l'inclemenza del caldo, si cercava di scappare al più presto. Il frigorifero messo a disposizione degli ospiti non risulta molto capiente, se più ospiti ne dovrebbero avere necessità potrebbero sorgere problemi; si potrebbe pensare ad una soluzione per ogni camera. Purtroppo colazioni al minimo; questo è l'unico neo. Per il resto sicuramente da consigliare.

Wonderful stay!

Great stay. Napoli is my home town and the house is so conveniently located in a wonderful part of the city. Ramon was a great host, helpful and welcoming. I'd highly recommend you spend a few days here!

Booked it on line and got confirmation for my dates. Not happy to learn that I ha to move 2 days in as the owner had double booked. He did find alternative close by but just a hassle.

Extremely nice manager/ close to the US embassy

Had to spend a night in naples to renew my visa. this hotel is not even 10' walk from the embassy and very easy to reach with public transportation too. the manager is an extremely nice fellow, will go there again if traveling to naples. only problem, cash only. i am used to book through hotels.com and pay as soon as i reserve, but not with this hotel, also not eligible for hotels.com points...Overall great place to stay!

Très agréable accueil par le propriétaire de ce B&B, situé dans un quartier chic de Naples et à proximité des Aliscafis pour les îles. Bien sûr, éloigné du vieux centre. Belle décoration de la chambre et de l'appartement. On y retournera!
