The hotel was perfect, the location to train station and airport is convenient however the area and surrounding streets are littered with trash.

We stayed one night in this hotel and the hotel itself was a pleasant experience. The staff was kind upon our arrival, and arranged a taxi for us to get to the airport at 6am. The room itself was clean, the AC worked, and was newly renovated and comfortable.

It was a 5 minute walk from train station. Lobby was a desk in a hallway. Our room was adequate but the bed and pillows were hard like cardboard. Breakfast was adequate, staff were friendly and if you are taking early train or bus to airport it is a good location.

The lobby staff were very very nice and helpful. The room overall was clean, it was a bit noisy. The biggest concern was the smell of sewer in the bathroom area. I think they tried to mask it with a nice deodorizer but it was very prevalent. Good area to stay for a night to pick up flight or train but not for a long term stay in Naples.

The hotel, staff and amenities were excellent. The breakfast they serve is phenomenal, I loved waking up to the smell of fresh bread being baked. The only thing that I would rate lower is the streets were busy and lined with flea market sellers. But other than that, it was a great experience, and I would stay there again.

Dejligt hotel - dog midt på Garibaldi plads og foran hovedbanegården. Meget befærdet sted i Napoli- en noget beskidt by. Men et gammelt og tidligere sikkert mondænt hotel. Vi fik to små altaner med udsigt til Vesuv. Personalet meget venlige og hjælpsomme.

mauvais : remontée d'odeurs d’égout dans la salle d'eau, absence de lumière douce (pas de chevet, un seul interrupteur à l'entrée qui allume 12 lampes au plafond. très bon : chambre propre et spacieuse, bien équipée (chausson, frigo, bouilloire, serviettes, shampoing...), personnel agréable, petit déjeuner copieux, hôtel très bien situé pour les transports en commun

1) Impossible d'avoir des réponses aux questions envoyées par email avant le séjour. 2) Accueil moyen, Monsieur de l'accueil sympa mais voulait que je paie une 2ème fois ma réservation alors que c'était noté sur le document que je lui ai transmis que tout était réglé sauf la taxe de séjour qui devait s'élevée à un montant de CHF 11.46 mais j'ai dû payer 27 € cash... 3) Le petit déjeuner était médiocre, les croissants étaient secs, les serveuses peu accueillantes et ne venaient pas spontanément nous demander ce que nous voulions boire, sur les tables les nappes étaient en papier (Hôtel 4 étoiles) et la salle se situe au sous-sol sans fenêtre. 4) La localisation est pratique au niveau de la gare et des activités qui partent souvent de la gare, cependant, cela pue l'urine autour de l'hôtel, énormément de sans-abris, sentiment d'insécurité autour de l'hôtel, un marché journalier au pied de l'hôtel de produits "tombé du camion" cache l'entrée du bâtiment, les abords de l'hôtel sont remplis de déchets 5) Distributeur à boisson de l'hôtel ne fonctionne pas... 6) Les chambres sont modernes et propres, seul bémol l'entretien de la douche au niveau du nettoyage (résidus de savon jaunis par le temps) Résumé : Hôtel moyen équivalent à un 2-3 étoiles mais certainement pas un 4 avec des chambres modernes et une localisation douteuse (sécurité) mais pratique pour les transports en commun
