Personale gentile e cordiale, forse un po' lontano dal mare, ma comodo da raggiungere e poco distante dal centro commerciale Auchan di Giuliano. Stanze comode e grandi, il bagno meriterebbe un aggiornamento, ma nel complesso un buon 3 stelle economico

Lo schifo totale

A prescindere che nemmeno hanno un computer per segnare le loro prenotazioni, mi aveva detto che non era arrivata, magari pensando che pagassi una seconda volta 🙃 Il posto piu sporco dove sia mai stato. Tazza con bordo giallo, docce con plastiche rotte e nere di muffe. Un vero schifo. Ma le leggi anti Covid, qui non esistono??

Da un hotel ad una stella non si possono pretendere tutti i servizi che si trovano in altre strutture più organizzate e , quindi, anche piu costose, ma ciononostante la pulizia è un'esigenza imprescindibile.

Poor quality

This is a cheap hotel, not in the sense of value for money but in the sense of poor quality. Not at all maintained, breakfast not even the basics, average cleanliness. It may give you a solution if you are on budget but you have to know what to expect.

Pas si terrible que ça

J'ai trouvé l'hôtel pas aussi sale que certains commentaires laissaient à le penser. L'accueil n'était pas non plus si mauvaise. Pour le p'tit déjà, effectivement, vaut mieux ne pas compter dessus. L'hôtel se trouve en banlieue de Naples, bien pour y dormir quand pas trop de budget. Bon rapport qualité-prix.

A different experience...

The location wasn't bad. The bathroom shower was disgusting as there was mold everywhere. I couldn’t even bring myself to step in. I sponged bathed myself. The a/c was not working properly. It didn’t cool off much even though we set it on the coldest setting. The bed was comfortable. Ask for two pillowcases though. The front desk people didn’t smile but did their job.

Das Zimmer war ok, die Umgebung voller Prostituierte, am Wochenende ist das Hotel deren Arbeitsort, sehr hellhörig, Personal ok, Frühstück nur ein abgepacktes Croissant, das Bad ist verschimmelt, sehr verkalkt und dicke Krusten an Dusche und Wasserhähnen, Duschwände wackelig und sehr verschimmelt. Bett quietscht extrem laut bei jeder kleinen Bewegung.

Per il prezzo pagato non ci si può assolutamente lamentare anzi albergo più che dignitoso. Il prezzo mi ha fatto anche chiudere un occhio sul bagno davvero poco decente, non appena si apre la doccia si allaga praticamente tutto. Colazione con cappuccino e cornetti confezionati niente di più.

Albergo non sicuro, siamo stati SVALIGIATI

Sabato scorso, ho pernottato con la mia ragazza in questo albergo per nulla sicuro. Innanzitutto vi sottolineo che sono entrato verso le 22:30 solo per farci una doccia e riuscire subito dopo. Alle 23:30 troviamo la mia macchina con il finestrino rotto e completamente svaligiata: vengo derubato di abbigliamento, scarpe, borse del valore di 1000€. Ora voi potete dirmi perché hai lasciato tutta questa roba in macchina? Io ho pagato un servizio e perché devo temere che possa avvenire una cosa del genere? Perché in un hotel puoi essere rapinato in quanto non hanno delle telecamere funzionanti, un portiere che non sorveglia minimamente un parcheggio, visto che la mia macchina (anche altre 3 scassinate) sono parcheggiate proprio davanti all’Ingresso della struttura. A pernottare c’era anche una famiglia Toscana che credo non verranno più a Napoli dopo questo episodio, visto che non siamo sicuri nemmeno quando andiamo in luogo per dormire. Vi sembra giusto? Soprattutto il poco interesse da parte della polizia di Giugliano che a telefono ci dicono di andare il giorno seguente a sporgere la denuncia in quanto arrivare lì era inutile! Io non mi sento tutelato come cittadino e nemmeno come cliente. Sottolineo che la struttura dopo la BEFFA, mi chiede anche di essere PAGATA. Non ci verrò mai più e consiglio a tutti di non andarci visto che il PORTIERE MI HA SOTTOLINEATO CHE NON È IL PRIMO EPISODIO DI RAPINA ALL’INTERNO DEL PARCHEGGIO.

Was ok.

The directions given in the email/on google takes you to a building site 10 minutes drive from the hotel. Called up to query where to go and spoke to a chap who said he knew they’ve got a wrong address out there and that they need to get it changed but that’s too little too late really. I’d already spent 15 mins driving around trying to figure out where it was. We also got there and on night 1 purchased 2 Fantas at 2 euros each and the next night got served by someone different who charged 1.50 each. Clearly making the prices up on the spot. Room was otherwise pretty clean and good value for money.
