We enjoyed the stay totally. It was a great experience staying at the property. Giovanni was very kind and patient right from begininng until the end. The property is in an excellent location, right close to the center. Also close to the metro line. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience.

Super modern hotel suite. Everything was super clean. The shower was incredible (best shower I took throughout my entire time in Italy). The hotel is located in the middle of everything, but you cannot hear a single peep from outside when you’re actually in your suite. Overall a really nice space. FYI, we saw one spider in the room but that was it, and to be expected being it is in the city.

We were 3 American women staying in kind places for 2 days in Naples. We loved our stay. Thank you to Giovanni for making our stay special and offering to help with luggage & dining recs. We felt safe & relaxed. The AC was cold and we loved it!! Would recommend!!

Very clean room and excellent staff at Kind Places. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Public transportation is also close by. I didn't use the hot tub, but it is available. I would definitely rebook if I go back to Naples.

This property is a gem in the heart of the city. A short taxi ride from the airport put us close to restaurants, churches, museums, and shopping. It is also close to the port if you are heading to Amalfi or other areas. We only had to walk a short distance to everything. VERY safe. The spacious room includes a large bathroom with both a shower and bathtub, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Plenty of power outlets. There was plenty of room to spread out your luggage. Giovanni was an excellent host: he welcomed us, explained the property, and suggested things to do. The room also includes links to local restaurants and attractions. Communication with Giovanni was simple and he answered quickly. Highly recommended.

Lovely suites - spacious, comfortable and everything you need. Giovanni is a great host and really helpful. Has the feel of a family run b and b but the facilities of a hotel. Really nice to have a suite rather than just a small room. In the Dante area so great for local restaurants and 2 minute walk to the metro.

This was such an amazing property. Plenty of room, close by shopping and dining. The host was truly the best. They were able to make recommendations of places to eat and where to tour. Cant thank them enough and cant wait til we're back in Naples so we can enjoy this experience again

Started our stay off with a very warm and friendly reception from Govi and his mother, they were very accommodating during our time in Napoli . The room is a quiet oasis complete with a large walk in shower and small balcony. The location is easily walkable from the Metro and close to the historic old town , so it was very easy to explore the city. I Would definitely stay here again if I ever return to Napoli.

Giovanni was amazing he went above and beyond all our expectations. We arrived without internet and he was waiting outside to escort us into the property. It’s a very old building he helped with the bags and did a wonderful walkthrough of the suite. Which was beautiful and very modern. When we departed he helped and carried our bags across the road and found our taxi and gave directions to the train station. All in all a 5 star plus experience.

Absolute 10/10 - perfect location, just 100m from Dante Metro, and easy walk everywhere, including Spaccanopipoli.Suite was modern, well equipped and would not hesitate to recommend. Gio is a great host, and looked after us all through the stay. And Napoli is mad, but fantastic, with foid and drink to match.
