A wonderful place to stay in the heart of Naples. It seems the property was recently renovated and was super clean with beautifully decorated rooms and common areas. Reception staff was very helpful. Breakfast was also good with several options. The best part of this hotel is the location. It’s a five minute walk from the waterfront where there are many famous eating places as well as a five minute walk to the metro station. Many high-end shopping around. Highly recommend and would come back and stay here if we visit Naples again.

Water was provided only for the first night which is penny / euro pinching. We were staying for 9 nights and when I queried this I was told you can buy it from your mini-bar or the bar. Both expensive options, when if you had booked for individual nights it was standard. You do not get a reduced rate for multiple nights so why a reduced service ? The air conditioning did not seem to be able to be controlled which mean we were quite cold most of the time. Breakfast was not very impressive and the offering did not change for 9 days. It seemed as though they did not expect people to stay for long so would not notice ! Some of our tours started very early meaning missing breakfast. When I enquired about some thing being provided early, even in the room, I was told - NO in no uncertain terms. The place lacked any atmosphere - especially the 'deserted' bar area.

The breakfast provided by the hotel was really lovely and the location is excellent but the room, while clean, had marks on the wall from other guests and could definitely use some refreshing. I left a skirt at the property and contacted them to see how I could get it back. They said they have located my item but I should organize a courier to pick it up. This should be fun ;) While Napoli is a food + drink paradise (the hotel is steps away from L'Antiquario which has lovely champagnes by the glass!), you definitely have to work for it/everything
