Très satisfaits de notre séjour, les chambres étaient parfaites, l’accessibilité depuis la gare est top à 3 minutes de marche, le plus compliqué est de trouver l’adresse exacte mais avec le numéro 60 nous savions que nous étions au bon endroit, une indication dans la rue serait un plus. Effectivement cela n’est pas un hôtel mais un bed & breakfast, et le tarif est beaucoup moins cher ce qui est très bien. Les petits déjeuners ont été pris à l’Imperius à 4 minutes de marche, c’était très bon et quel plaisir que de déjeuner en terrasse en décembre, c’était incroyable et tout le monde a adoré. Seul bémol pas de petit déjeuner le 1er janvier car ils étaient fermés. Autre point mais qui ne nous a pas perturbé, il serait bien de refaire les joints des cabines de douche, car ils ne sont plus très blanc. Si d’aventure nous revenions à Naples, nous reprendrions nos chambres ici. Un grand merci à Cristina pour sa gentillesse et toute sa bienveillance.

Un B&B vuoto, sei abbandonato a te stesso, il manager è un mal educato, risponde mal e tratta il cliente con il piedi, non respondi alle chiamate ni Ai messaggi, a l'inizio si, appena sei dentro il B&B sei da solo, ieri si bloccata la porta del bagno, ho chiamato niente, ho mandato messaggio niente risposti, ho dovuto uscire e chiedere a un ristorante di darmi un Cascia vite per aprire la porta perché la mia mamma è diabetica e bisogno del bagno. Mai più, questo B&B da evitare.

This place is close by the train/bus station. It was challenging to find at first. The manager appeared to be an understanding person, he took care of our needs or any other concerns we had. This place is good if you need a bath and a place to sleep.

The city isn't too clean but you can see this hotel tries to keep clean. The lady name Patricia was absolutely amazing and very accommodating. I would give 4 star review because of her. Without her presence , the hotel deserves a 2 or 3 compared to hotels in Milan and Florence and Rome .

Die Badezimmertüre ließ sich nicht verschließen, da der Rahmen aufgequollen war. Die Türe der Dusche bestand aus einer halben Türe und einem Duschvorhang. Im und hinter dem Waschbecken waren blaue bzw. weiße Spritzer. Die Toilette war auch wenig ansehnlich ( den Urinstein sieht man ) . Das Kopfteil des Bettes war abgenutzt ebenso wie der Fußboden. Der Check-in verlief nur auf Nachfrage. Gute Ausgangslage aber der Rest war eine Zumutung.

I stayed in this accommodation on Friday to Monday , the accommodation it self looked very dirty and dated , needs some tlc , the one lift they do have is very old and unreliable - needs to be upgraded . When I entered the accommodation I was met with a lovely lady receptionist - who spoke very little English - so needed to use google translate . There is a city tax fee which you have to pay - which you can only pay by cash they don’t accept card or contactless payments ! They don’t have there own onsite facilities I.e bar or cafe so are unable to offer a sufficient catering facilities - but what they do offer is a voucher for breakfast only Which is one small espresso coffee and one crossiant only and that is it . I stayed in room 302 - once in the room I found the room to be spacious and nicely decorated . The one downside to the room was the European charging plug I had for the room didn’t quite fit - so ended up having to buy new one . All in all the stay was pleasant but I’m not 100 per cent sure I would stay here again . A few other points to note - reception isn’t manned 24/7 they only man from 8am to 1pm - no late check in is allowed after 11pm. But then no one was there after 1pm . So hod knows what would happen if your flight was delayed ! Also you get given three sets of keys and door codes to remember. To get in . They don’t offer any space to store cases so once check out you have to take bags with you . All in all it was cheap and cheerful

Location is very good, right next to the train station, although the area is not the nicest. There are plenty of shops nearby but it was really hard to find the place and the elevator was not working properly. Pictures of the rooms look much better than what you find!
