Beautiful and nice B&B

This is a really nice b&b that exceeded my expectations. The room is spacious, beautifully decorated and clean. It is nice and quiet and conveniently located near the Museo metro station. The owner (father and son) are really hospitable.

One of my best stays ever in Italy!! A large room with very helpful and gracious hosts. Though on a major street, Salvator Rosa near the museum, It was quiet and I slept perfectly. Grazie!

An easy recommendation

We only stayed one night but would absolutely return in the future. The B&B is full of charm and character and the owner (Angelo) is really sweet and helpful. He helped to arrange the taxi to the airport for us and couldn't have been kinder. The location is fantastic and cannot be beaten for the price. Breakfast had a great variety of Neapolitan pastries to try.

Unique experience with many qualities

The previously published high ratings of this property are justified in my view, thanks to the attentiveness and care of the hosts towards securing a pleasant experience for their guests. The single room was very spacious, with AC, fridge, high-quality, password-protected internet connection and amenities (except a coffee/tea maker, but the hosts offered to prepare hot beverages during the day when they are there instead). Thanks to its location, it is very quiet, at least for Naples standards, and comfortable. The breakfast including the morning coffee is very tasty and, thanks to the small size of the property, food does not get wasted, which is important for environmental reasons, as is waste sorting. The early check-in time at noon is a plus and unusual to be guaranteed even in more expensive hotels. As a whole, I appreciated the stay, and wish the hosts success when retaining the excellent standards also in the future.

Mukava pieni majoituspaikka. Sijainti hieman syrjässä, mutta metropysäkki kuitenkin kävelymatkan päässä. Majoituspaikan löytäminen hieman hankalaa, kadun numeron kohdalla on iso puinen ovi, mistä pääsee sisäpihalle ja majoituspaikan sisäänkäynti on toisesta kerroksesta. Hinta-laatusuhteeltaan erittäin hyvä. Erityisen ystävällinen palvelu omistajaperheen jäseniltä, oli tervetullut olo. Aamupalalla sai esimerkiksi herkullisen juuri valmistetun cappuccinon. Huone oli erittäin siisti.

Très bon sejour

Des hôtes très gentils qui sont toujours disponibles! Nous avons toujours eu réponse à nos questions et même simplement pu échanger malgré la barrière de la langue. Le centre historique est accessible à pieds et le métro et à moins de 10 min de marche. Nous recommanderons ce B&B à nos connaissances!

Séjour parfait au sein d'un petit B&B très bien entretenu autours du thème du fameux Pino Daniele ! Personnel irréprochable. Angelo et son fils Dario sont des personnes très gentilles, serviables, souriantes, accueillantes et j'en passe. Je recommande vivement !

10/10 - Would Happily Stay Here Again

Recently stayed here with my gf for 6 nights and if/when I come back to Napoli I would gladly book this place again in a heartbeat. Dario and his father Angelo are superb hosts, very courteous, helpful, friendly, always greeting you warmly and making you feel at home. Our room was huge, had a small balcony overlooking the street, but no problem with noise as there are 3 sets of doors. Thank god for the AC as it was brutally hot while we were in Napoli. The entire place was spotless; the included breakfast is more than enough to start your day; the location is great, about 10 minutes from the historical center on foot. I really can't find anything to complain about. And when you factor in the price, this place is a steal. There's a reason (actually many reasons) why it has such a high rating. And once again, a big thank you to Dario and Angelo for their hospitality.

Struttura piccolina ricavata al 1° piano di un palazzo, non lontana dalla fermata della metro, in una zona non delle migliori, ma comunque tranquilla. All'interno si presenta carina e molto curata nei dettagli, stanza carina e spaziosa con aria condizionata, frigo-bar e wi-fi. Letti comodi e bagno con doccia abbastanza ampio e funzionale. Ambiente familiare e titolare gentile e disponibile. Buona la colazione (tradizionale italiana) con prodotti freschi di pasticceria, caffè/cappuccino/the, cereali, succhi, yogurt ecc... Complessivamente il giudizio è ottimo, qualità/prezzo credo tra i migliori di Napoli.

Friendly, Clean & Hospitable!

Excellent B&B with incredibly kind hosts! The owner and his son were both extremely helpful, quick to respond, and full of advice. Even though the owner doesn't speak very much English (his son does), it was an absolute pleasure to chat and get to know him and he had some good tips for sightseeing and transport methods for major sights and attractions. Breakfast is a collection of pastries, juices, yogurts, tea, jam and bread, and more. The owner will fix up espresso drinks for you as well! Great cappuccinos. The location is a bit tricky to find and if you're not from a big city like New York can be a bit jarring but once you're inside it's extremely clean and comfortable. Very close to the historical district and national museum. 10/10, highly recommended!

Family Owned, Treat you like Family.

Actually it was Excellent.Minor issue with Language barrier at first, but resolved. Owner and Staff were very polite and professional. Assisted us with any requests we had. Treated us with respect and like family. Angelo was a pleasure to get to know. Room was Excellent, roomy and clean. Taxi took us straight to B&B, no issues. Easy to remember when going out. Breakfast was great also. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone needing to stay in Naples.

STRATEGIC POSITION

My experience in Naples has been fantastic, people are friendly, do not make you feel alone. There's lot to see: museums, churches, palaces and the typical streets in the centre. The staff at Hotel Terra Mia is very nice and makes you feel at home.

Voir Naples et... y revenir ?

Une chambre d'hôte parfaitement tenue et un accueil d'une grande gentillesse, Terra Mia est un lieu idéal pour découvrir Naples, à une distance correcte du métro, des Decumani et des quartiers espagnols. La chambre, bien que donnant sur une rue bruyante, était bien isolée ainsi que climatisée.
