"Do not stay here! My keys to my room didn't work so someone in my party had to maintain in the room which put a damper on our vacation but since we prepaid for 2 days we didn't want to loose out on 170$ then to.make matters worse the next morning we wake up to find the ceiling started leaking all over my belongings and after complaining to the front desk I then got kicked out and when trying to get a refund got denied and lied on saying we smoked in the room when I traveled with my husband...

Hyatt House Naples/5th Avenue

"We had a wonderful family stay at this hotel with our young kids, and it exceeded expectations all around. The property is beautiful and just a short walk from 5th Avenue, making it easy to explore the shops and restaurants nearby. Breakfast was included and impressively hearty — eggs, bacon, potatoes, fresh fruit, and breads, which was perfect for keeping the kids fueled up before a day out. The pool was a real highlight, with gorgeous views of the marina that made relaxing there feel extra special. This hotel is a great fit for families, and we'd happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Naples."

LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort - A Noble House Resort

"LaPlaya Beach Resort is a beautiful hotel with a great beachfront location and an overall pleasant atmosphere. We enjoyed our stay, but in my opinion, the property is somewhat overrated for the price. With rooms averaging around $800 per night, I expected a more updated and luxurious experience throughout the property. In particular, the bathrooms feel dated and are in need of renovation to match the price point and the level of luxury the hotel promotes. Another disappointing detail is that even the bottled water provided in the room comes with a charge of $9 per bottle. At this price point, I would expect basic amenities like bottled water to be complimentary. The location, beach, and overall setting are definitely highlights, and the hotel is nice, but for this price range, I believe certain areas of the property should be more modern and some basic amenities should be included. Overall, it was a good stay, just not quite the value I expected for the cost."
