This is a unique opportunity to be right in downtown Franklin while relaxing in the peaceful calm of a 15 acre private property with only one other home. Enjoy the views, which look out onto the horse pasture and barn from one side and a gorgeous, historic home from the other.

Weekend getaway! Nice location easy walk to downtown with boutique shops and restaurants. Also, can walk to the Factory. Easy parking. Host made us feel very welcomed.
