"The front desk and lobby staff were very friendly, professional and helpful although Mandarin is not my first language. They were always on hand to provide assistance readily and answer my inquiries. The rooms were also very well-cleaned and the cleaning staff also greet guests with a cheerful disposition. The hotel not only looked after my bags for the day, but provided a facility to shower and change my clothes in the evening before I left for my flight. Top marks for that, Royal - Nikko Taipei.
