"Der Besuch des Hotels ist jeden Cent wert. Das komplette Hotelpersonal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, besonders im Frühstücksbereich. Das Frühstück ist auch hervorragend! Am Nachmittag hatten wir eine Massage in dem wunderbaren Spa. Auch der Sauna und Whirlpoolbereich hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ein kleiner negativer Punkt: Die Einfahrt vom Parkhaus ist sehr eng, aber man kommt ohne Kratzer rein😅.

"Reception is at the Public House Hotel. The ladies at reception were exceptional, very friendly and welcoming. The suites are in a kind of shabby looking building a few doors down the road but once you enter the Suites area everything is perfect. Bathroom is fantastic. Location is good but there are not many restaurants in the area, it takes 5-10 minutes to walk. There is a 24 h supermarket just a couple of minutes away though. "

90% of the staff amazing and courteous. A couple of them though could do with retraining to bring them up to the level of their amazing colleagues.

"This place has apts too. There is only about 6 hotels rooms. The woman on reception is only there from 9am - 3pm. But you can ring a number if you need anything. My my was very modern & clean. They will clean your room everyday, if you so wish, just like a hotel. It was so peaceful there. They even did my laundry there, for a fee of course. Would definately stay here again. Highly recommend it .100 meters from tram & bus stops."

I honestly can say, I have never had such better service than I have with the staff here and we only stayed 1 night. When there was a question/issue, it was resolved right away.
