"Rooms need updating. Furniture is worn, curtains are very dusty. Our room had very visible signs of a leak in the ceiling. Waits for elevators are long and be prepared to stop at every floor going up and down. Despite the variety, breakfast is lacking in flavor. Coffee is instant, no creamer options. Ended up skipping altogether after the first morning and spent additional money elsewhere. The view of Tower Bridge is great and proximity to Tower Hill tube is a plus. This hotel is just “ok”. Gets you by a few nights, but not the place to stay for 8 nights like we did. Not recommendable and would skip it."

"Lovely sized room and balcony on the premium studio. Good amount of kitchen equipment, could do with a few additional items for the combi microwave to cook certain things with ease. A few little things like netting in the window could be replaced as it was a little worn and grubby but rooms were clean, staff were lovely and fantastic location. "

"This would be my 3rd visit at this hotel as with work pressures, I like to escape from home and check into an hotel for the night every now and then! Faheem and Halima were amazing! Halima went the extra mile and provided me with a lovely room on the 7th floor with stunning views. Thank youuu :) Both staff were professional, efficient, helpful and friendly. Overall, I had a great stay and look forward to my next visit. "

"Super service. I was initially given a room with no WIFI as there was a fault. I also discovered the room had no phone signal. As an Autistic, solo traveller this was extremely problematic. However, the WONDERFUL staff immediately apologised, upgraded me (at no charge) to a room with full connectivity and also gave me some free bar tokens as a further apology. Absolutely first class service. I didn't catch the manager's name (she was on duty Sat 10 April) but she and her front desk team were a credit to Tribe. I shall 100% return for my next London visit later this year. Thank you."

"The staff are the saving grace of this hotel. They were helpful and caring. As a Disabled user I found the room given was not that shown on Expedia website. Was unable to have access to a shower the first night. Changed rooms for following two nights. Space for wheelchair limited. Lifts to rooms small. Couldn’t charge phone or hearing aids as no usb outlets. Not really geared up to solo disabled travellers"

"We arrived late. So obviously wanted to get checked in quickly. It was slow and the girl on reception was abrupt! We then went upstairs to get ready. My partner was using the hairdryer, which blew up, I immediately went downstairs to get a replacement. I was told housekeeping would bring one up later! I stressed the point it was needed asap. However, again I was told it was the job of housekeeping. So my partner could not dry her hair. Finally when we arrived back about 11.40 we were told the hairdryer had been replaced. The stay was disappointing. We travel a lot but will not return to this hotel!"
