"An amazing find, just so relaxing and able to unwind. Great layout and well presented. Central location in Holt which is full of independent shops, cafes and restaurants. Just a short drive to the coast with lots to do in the local area."
"Stayed in room 17 of the Lawns annexe, a few minutes walk from the hotel. Room was large, quiet with superking bed and nice walkin shower. Parking on site. Breakfast was good and all staff friendly and helpful. Fresh milk for tea always a nice touch

"Great area right in Holt with lots of places to eat. Ten minutes from lovely beaches and a cosy tiny cottage. The bunks were a bit small for adults but fine for children. "
"The cottage itself was very nice and well equipped, and we had a wonderful time in North Norfolk. The lack of normal TV channels (without signing-in to apps) and the steep stairs upstairs weren't ideal, but I've deducted the stars for the (lack of) parking. The listing clearly says 'parking available' which usually means a parking space at the property. However, when the welcome e-mail arrived the parking is actually a 5 minute walk away in a public car park and costs 8.70 per day. I went back and checked the listing in case I had made a mistake, but it still said 'parking available', but in the small print it just says 'two public car parks nearby' with no mention of costs, or clearly stating that there is no parking anywhere near the property. So, in summary I would have given it 4 or 5 stars, but only gave three because I felt misled about the availability and cost of parking."

"Great location, lovely to wander into Holt whilst we were there. Very clean and tidy cottage. Parking excellent and good communication from the host, easy to find and check in"
"Enjoyed our stay. Would be nice to park near to the pub, car park is in another field which is a short walk away it seemed safe enough though. Evening meal and breakfast both excellent, staff were very friendly and room was clean. Garden room has a bath only and as it’s in the eves, you can only crouch to have a shower, don’t stand up quick and hit your head like I did! The bed is also tucked under the eves on one side so again be aware when getting up in the night as it is very close to your head. All part of the quirkiness of the room as it is an old pub. "
