"Came in for orientation, had to add a day to the reservation at the last minute. The staff was incredibly helpful in getting this accomplished for me. I didn't have to check out and check back in, they took care of everything. Very seamless. The property was incredibly clean and well kept in all the public spaces. Our room was good sized and quiet. We couldn't hear anything around us, in other rooms. The proximity of the hotel is just on the edge of town but close enough to get anywhere quickly by car. With my kid going to college in Ames we will be choosing this hotel first every time."
