"Nice stay"

"When I arrived after 6pm the room I was given had someone sleeping in there, when I was given a new room I was mortified how dirty it was! The floor hasn’t been cleaned there’s food, gunk and garbage everywhere and gunk all over the chairs. My son fell out front and I needed a band-Aid but the lady at the front said they were all out and couldn’t help. Very disappointed. In the positive side there was breakfast at 5am."

"Our stay was very nice. Clean rooms and staff was excellent. We only had a problem with the way they handled our check in. We were offered a 12 pm check in for $150 and decided to request it. When we arrived they said that our request had been accepted and they would get the room ready. By 1:00 our room was still not ready and despite the wording on both the offer and their own FAQ section stating 12 pm check in, they said that early check in meant anytime between 12pm and 3 pm. Now since 3PM is standard check in time why would anyone pay $150 to get into a room 30 minutes early. The girl at the desk said she couldn't do anything and would get a manager involved. We were not contacted by a manager and was charged the entire $150 but were not given a room until a little after 1pm. We were surprised that the offered and accepted contract for 12pm check in was not honored. I believe a simple reduction in the cost to compensate for their breach of contract would have been a fair way to have settled this. "
