"The staff was very friendly. Our room was made up while we were out and about, even though we had only been there one night. Everything was clean and sparkling."

"Went solo off season. You cannot beat the location. No staff on premises at all ( off season). Door from the street was open wide, cards with names on them were on the counter. Basically anyone could walk in and take it. I had a phone number to contact, and I had to message twice about security alarm going on on the first floor. First time someone shut it off, second time I went downstairs and did it myself following the instructions from sms.... (weird, right?) Since off season it was quite. Next - safety issues. Shower - absolutely no railings or anything at all to hold on to. I don't know how the hell did that pass the inspection for the public hotel. If you travel with kids be VERY careful in shower, it is also very slippery. Not to mention there is no shelves or anything at all in the shower to put your bottles etc. Absolutely straight shower walls. Next. BALCONY. Great view. Amazing. Glass railing is very low and incredibly shaky. Again, with kids - absolutely NO. Next. SMELL. I don't know why they use some kind of aroma in bathroom, and looks like it was running all the time, not just when you turn on light/ventilation. It was some weird smell, many people would not like that at all. Not to mention if you can be allergic to that stuff. Would be nice to have some extra table in there. I had to drink coffee next to the AC box, and use it as a coffee table. Overall - I do like it, but it could use a lot of improvements, and price is too high for off season."

"Wonderful experience staying here this past week. My only critique would be that the sheets and bedding weren't comfortable so I ended up buying some and bringing my own in. Other than that highly recommend this hotel. The staff was extremely accommodating, the location was amazing and the hotel itself was pristine!"

"Our 2 bedroom suite had some maintenance issues. One bedroom door was about to fall off the hinges. The one bathroom faucet was about to fall off. The exterior of the property is in need of landscaping."

"I rented room 107 and I was bite so badly. My arm and forehead got it the worst. I feel the rents are overly priced. The walls are dirty and there are holes in the walls. I have a clean microwave and refrigerator. Towels were dingy with dirt marks like as if someone used it and folded it back. I just wish the price would go down. I bring my own personals. Other than that I feel safe at this place."
