"Casa dei Delfini was one of the best hotel experiences that myself and my wife have had in Greece. (We come here twice a year) . The host, Katerina ,warmly welcomed us after a long day and showed up the hotel amenities. The room was compact yet spacious , full of architectural elements that harkened back to its Venetian/ottoman roots. The bed was beautiful with high quality linens and the room was spotless. The breakfast and coffee were fantastic with many Cretan dishes and freshly prepared eggs. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to stay in a well thought out piece of living history ."

The location was excellent — within walking distance of the bus station and very close to the waterfront and many dining options. Breakfast was great and the staff helpful. "Very centrally located...nice junior suite room. Very spacious, clean,quiet.Only gripe about the room was there wasn't any mirror in the room only the one in the bathroom. Staffs were very nice...especially both the Staeus(not sure I spelled correctly). Food at their restaurant was amazing.Staeus made sure my nutrional needs(GF) are met on the day we arrived and was very careful about cross contamination.They even send breakfast on the night before we were leaving as we had to catch early morning flight. Their courtyard is very beautiful... Overall I would stay here again!"
