"The location was great! Close to pay parking lot in case you can’t find a spot on the road. We parked the car and walked everywhere. Old Town is great to get “lost” in with plenty of sites you can locate by phone maps. My husband and I are pretty fit so up and down hills, uneven streets and sidewalks was not a problem for us. Staff was very helpful allowing for early check in and holding our luggage until our room was ready. I would have given 5 stars but our shower door track leaked on the floor when in use."

"The pictures on the website make this hotel looks spectacular. The room I had did have a hot tub, but it was inside the room. That made it very difficult to take a shower, and actually filling the hot tub would take about an hour, so I never had time to do it. It also uses up a huge amount of space in the room. Check in on the weekend involves being emailed a code as you arrive and a tall staircase not friendly to having large luggage and one person with a bad back. The people who run the property are extremely nice, and the location is very good. The cleaning is excellent, except that twice they left me a sheet and a blanket folded up not put on the bed. There was also an issue with a sticky switch to flush the toilet that was not fixed while I was there. Overall, this is a luxury property, but the way that it is arranged and managed (strange bed making, sticky switch, big staircase with no one to ) makes it four stars rather than five."
