"Great staff, spoke quite a few languages. Understaffed, so the restaurant was off but not their fault. Good parking, but not quite as obvious where to go, and a tiny entrance. Close to public transport, easy to find. Rooms clean and good amenities. Confy bed but pillows sucked"

"The rooms are very functional means no bigger or smaller than necessary but having said that they are perfectly comfortable and I love the Marshall Bluetooth speaker in each room that's a great touch. .. The staff are also excellent - friendly helpful and very customer service orientated. The location is also excellent. I should'nt give the place such a good review as it will get too popular !"

"Breakfast was delicious! Service personnel, not so much. The breakfast manager demanded we pay cash for our bill even though we were guests and we told her what room. We also offered a card. She persisted and finally asked us to leave the dining room so she could seat someone in our place. When I explain to her that I was going to the management she panicked and comped our breakfast. I don't understand what happened but someone should look into her cash requests."
