"Wow wow wow ! What a stunning place to stay. Steven one of the owners of the building greeted myself and friend as we arrived. He was such a lovely and accommodating host from the swcond we got to the hotel. Martin work also works at the hotel was wonderful, pretty sure he cooked our breakfasts which were delicious ! What can I say other than it’s been an absolute dream come true and thank you for being so kind. "

"Another amazing stay at the Cowshed. Full kitchen facilities, amazing hot tub, luxurious linen, fabulous location in the Peak District. Lots of walking, pubs, National trust properties, craft breweries, public transport available."

"We stayed 5 nights in October half term and had a lovely stay.The cottage is very cosy and ideally located to spend time in the Peak district. Recommend the local Indian takeaway just around the corner and also the Goyt in which is only a couple of minutes walk away.Kitchen could do with a few more items, such as a baking and roasting tray but this didn't affect our stay.All in all a really lovely cottage in a lovely location. We're already considering coming back for a couple of nights in November."
