"Beim Checkin wurde die Buchung nicht gefunden, hat erstmal einige Minuten gebraucht bevor der Checkin funktionierte.
Dann bekam ich ein falsches Zimmer, nicht jenes welches ich von der Farbe her gebucht hatte.
Im Zimmer angekommen ging dann die TĂŒr nicht richtig zu, es bleibt ein groĂer Spalt offen. Wenn man versucht die TĂŒr zuzuziehen von innen, dann kommt einem der TĂŒrgriff entgegen.
Zimmer stinkt und war dreckig, waren fremde Haare im Zimmer, z.B. an den Halterungen im Bad.
