"This was my 4th stay at Rioca Posto 2 and it continues to be my number one choice whenever I’m in Vienna. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the location is excellent with easy access to transport links around the city. The rooms are a great size and very well equipped with a small kitchenette, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave, which makes longer stays especially convenient. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was excellent, and even the soap smelled amazing. I also really enjoy the unique Brazilian theme throughout the hotel — it gives the place a fun and vibrant atmosphere that stands out from typical hotels. Overall, another great stay and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna."

"Breakfasts was very poor value for money...as a vegan there was no hot food ( mushrooms, tomatoes, potatoes ) and no dairy substitutes like cheese or yogurt available. There should be a warning when booking that €18 is too much for fruit juice, granola and toast. I spoke to the manager but he wasn't bothered. We had a torn curtain in our room but otherwise it was clean and quiet and felt safe."

"For an international hotel at a major city, not having the ability to charge a phone in 2026, after the c-port was made the only source of charging in Europe is crazy. Coffe machine not working. Only convenient thing, it is next to airport terminal Only reason I will stay again"

"arrived at the hotel and unfortunately the experience started very poorly. The person at the front desk clearly seemed like they did not want to be there. I was ignored for several minutes, and when I was finally acknowledged, the service was rude and unprofessional. What made the stay even more frustrating was the housekeeping service. On Sunday, after being out the entire day, I returned to my room around 4:30 PM only to find housekeeping wanting to clean the room at 4:32 PM. I honestly could not understand this. The staff had the entire day to service the room, yet they attempted to do it late in the afternoon when guests are typically returning to rest. Overall, the lack of hospitality and poor timing made the experience disappointing."
