If you want a basic, clean, safe place to stay. This is it. No extras, but sometimes you don’t need it. Just a clean place to stay. This is the hotel for you. Don’t expect room service, a hotel lobby bar, or a rooftop. This is not the hotel for you.staff is kind and helpful, the room was very clean, air conditioning was cold.

Convenient location. Room was clean & modern. Staff were helpful. Free parking. However… the property does look sus (suspicious). It was giving motel than hotel from the outside. If you don’t care about aesthetics then book!

If exterior appearances don’t matter to you, then this is the place for you. We stayed here for the Ariana Grande concert at the Barclays Center with my daughter, and the location was perfect. The staff was very friendly and rooms were clean. The hotel looks very old from outside and I was not sure if it was under construction or is was just like that, but turned out to be a very good location. We enjoyed the free parking and there where good restaurants around.

My stay was very clean, nice and very well kept. Balcony was very small and personal which I liked since I stood alone. Bathroom was nice, shower was AMAZING, and the bed was comfy (to each its own because I like sleeping on firm beds) Front Desk were very nice. I would come back again.

Great room. Quiet and clean. The bed was comfy and the amenities were convenient. Fairly close to the subway so that is nice too. My only complaint is that they had a throw pillow on the bed (like for decor) and kept putting it back when making the bed. I think throw pillows in hotels are gross, but that is a very mild complaint and the only one I have.

Lovely staff, spacious room, and good location to parks and restaurants. Wish I could move the whole building up to 5th Ave! It’s a bit odd being sandwiched between a new apt building and a staples but we had a nice stay either way.
