"The rooms are small for 1 king! The toilet flushing unit like you were in public facilities(put toilet seat down and had to flush with your foot) could have been updated!"

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was much smaller than expected, making it uncomfortable for a longer stay. In addition, the housekeeping service was below standard. The staff seemed to focus only on cleaning the bathroom, while the rest of the room was often left untouched and not properly cleaned. Overall, the room size and poor housekeeping significantly affected my experience, and I do not feel that the hotel met the standards I expected."

"Great location. However, this facility is like century old. Elevator, sink, bathtub need to be renewed. Sink is not draining well. Poor amenities. Air conditioning is difficult to operate."

"This place is a hidden gem, steps away from time square, multiple subway routes. These rooms are for solo or couples who don't mind being in close proximity of one another in the room but it gets the job done if you don't plan on being in the hotel much."

"It's a great location, right across from Lincoln Center. Plenty of great places right nearby to eat at. Subway station is close. The hotel lobby is great. Beautiful designs and spacious. The rooms could be cleaner. The walls needed paint. Staff was extra helpful and nice. Pool hours not listed on the stairs so we got to the top and had no clue where to go or if or when it opened. Rooftop bar was great. The Gossip girl theme is perfect."
