Review for me is a 3

They can do a little better than what it is, people running in and out, and they were noisy as hell, the ice machine was broken, you had to pick out your own ice,, but the place and rooms were cleaned. That’s about all.

Although it was shown as available on orbitz, the guy at the fromt desk was incredibly rude and did not let me check in. He told me my reservation was for another day (completely wrong) and then told me that there is no vacancy. There was two other customers who booked through other apps abd were told the same thing. It was 3 AM in the morning at a sketchy neighborhood

There was no showerhead in the bathroom!!!!!! And the water in the shower didn't get hot!!!! In December I had to take a cool shower with water just spitting at me from the wall. Very disappointed,then was told no room available to switch. Other than that the room was super clean, smelled good bed and sheets comfortable. I would go back but will check room 1st before accepting it.
