Stayed three nights for a fishing trip in October. Room was clean, maid serviced everyday. Shower head was broken, but usable. Clean, comfortable stay.

This is a decent place for the price. The staff was very friendly. The room was neat, quiet. Very quiet place in rural ambience. Will definitely recommend and stay again. Keep up the good work team.

Great spot to stay

Owner was very responsive and courteous. Great place to stay if in town to fish the tribs. Good location, rooms are adequate size.

Teh hotel is a converted barn, therefore has a nice open floor space. The limited number of rooms helps to keep it quiet.

It was a unique inn. The lady was super nice and friendly! The bed was comfortable and the room was clean! The price was reasonable. It was quite and peaceful, you could sit out on the porch and enjoy your breakfast!

Top Notch Motel.

This is a very clean and friendly place. I stayed there last year and returned. I would highly recommended this place. The women who takes care of things is the most pleasant and accommodating person. Don’t hesitate to give her the business. Trust me.

Nice quiet quaint stop on the way back home from Niagara Falls area. We arrived late but were given instructions on how to get into the building and our room. Continental breakfast and lovely patio outside to have coffee.

Marked down 1 star just based on condition. The place could use a remodel, but otherwise, everything worked fine and the beds were decently comfy. Clean, quiet, easy check in and out. All we needed for our one night stay.

It was an excellent stay although it's far from where we wanted to go, Niagara Falls. 45 minute drive, but that's not a negative on the motel. There is no breakfast, just sugar cereal and pastries. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Safe location, no worries there, and one more thing that I think is VERY important...the beds were wonderful! Very comfortable sleep.

Niagra family trip

Great overall place to stay for a day or two. We went for a family trip to niagra falls and stayed at lake ontario motel. It was about 35-40 mins drive to niagra falls. The motel is a small but good size rooms, bathroom size is small though. Great outdoor deck, breakfast is just some cold muffins, yogurt, cinnamon rolls. They keep all the food in fridge so nothing fresh. Overall a good place .

Good stopover

Off the beaten path, non chain, quiet inn. Barn converted to a few rooms, quaint, clean, sufficient, safe. I left very early and did not partake in the continental breakfast offerings of cereal and packaged items in the refrigerator. No complaints for this stopover. I suppose a designer could swoop in and do a surface makeover, however I wanted a clean and safe night’s stay for a good rate.

This is a converted barn so it’s essentially bedrooms with private baths. It’s worn and showing its age. The bed was overly soft. That being said, the room served our purpose.

We absolutely loved our stay! They were extremely accommodating for our request for an early checkin. Such a gift after travelling all night. It’s like a home away from home. There are a few cosmetic issues in the room with wallpaper and baseboards. But it’s CLEAN! So it didn’t bother us at all. Would stay here again in a heart beat. The breakfast is cereal, prepackaged breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, and mini muffins. If you’re wanting a warm breakfast we would suggest going to Bill’s Diner down the road. It was $30 for two people and the portions were great.
