The Master Bedroom boasts an En Suite Bath and the Home includes Air conditioning, Smart TV with Cable & WiFi, Propane BBQ, Washer and Dryer, Linens, Beach/Bath Towels, Jacuzzi, and more!

This upscale home is on the 2nd and 3rd levels of the building. Our home has everything you need to enjoy a vacation with your family at the beach, Find gorgeous spaces to entertain inside and out, including a private roof terrace with a hot tub, a wet bar, an outdoor fireplace, and generous seating for catching spectacular sunsets over the ocean. Dining Room Table, Seating Area with Smart TVs, gas fireplaces, and Rooftop deck with a Jacuzzi for 4, Outdoor dining area, and a fire-pit with bench seating for the family to enjoy after a long day at the beach.

HOME LOCATION

This property is centrally located on 53rd Street North of Newport Pier on Seashore Dr. Our Home sits one block back from the beaches of West Newport Beach, a less crowded stretch of shoreline that's beloved by local surfers.. You can walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula from this home. The best thing about this location is that you are a 5-15 minute walk to over 20+ restaurants, shopping, the balboa fun zone, boat rentals, all while staying at the beach.

For those of you with kids, West Newport Park is just a few blocks away with basketball, tennis, and racketball courts along with a full playground making this home an ideal location for families.

High chair and Pack 'n Play are available by request only. Please request at least 48 hours prior to your stay, subject to availability.

Per City of Newport Beach “Good Neighbor Policy” Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted between these hours. Please see house rules for more city noise requirements.

Perfect beach getaway

We loved our stay in this beautiful home! It was perfect for both the kids and grandparents, with wonderful amenities and steps from the beach. Can't wait to come back!
