The Scotsman Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"My husband and I had a wonderful stay at The Scotsman Hotel in Niagara-on-the-Lake while attending the Shaw Festival and exploring the local wineries. What truly made our experience special was the exceptional staff: warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making us feel welcome. From helping us secure dinner reservations to the wonderful breakfast service, we felt incredibly well cared for throughout our stay. The location is ideal, just a five-minute walk from the charming restaurants, shops, and theatres of Niagara-on-the-Lake. We especially loved the beautiful courtyard and multiple lounging spaces, which provided the perfect place to unwind between shows and to enjoy a little romantic stargazing in the evening. Our room was beautifully decorated, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, I slept like a baby! Overall, The Scotsman strikes a wonderful balance of opulence, exceptional hospitality, and privacy. It feels sophisticated without being pretentious, and intimate without sacrificing proximity to all the excitement. We would highly recommend The Scotsman to anyone looking for a relaxing, romantic, and sophisticated getaway in Niagara-on-the-Lake."
