"Was there 6 days, room never got cleaned. Outside parking lot was full of large potholes and garbage everywhere. Front desk staff seemed indifferent, not very friendly. Only elevator broken down multiple times. Hotel not really worth the money. "

"The house is clean and spacious, with a lovely back deck. It is in a residential neighborhood very near the hills. The driveway access was great. And the 4 bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of closet space, if very sparsely furnished. Fiona was very responsive and communicative. Our family was in California for a wedding, and we made the wedding cake here. For that purpose, the house was adequate, and the cake was a success. I especially appreciated the large refrigerator. However, there is not a lot of seating for a family to gather, especially on the back deck. And the master bathroom is very very small, and awkward to use for large, tall, or people with difficulty maneuvering tight spaces. "

"It’s perfectly fine for what it was as the price I paid. Minimal staff and the laundry price changed while I was there- $3.50 to $5 a load. Changed my own bedding. The rooms was pretty dusty and no one cleaned for the 2 weeks I was there. Convenient to highways and grocery, gym. Pretty quiet. Could do with more useable outdoor spaces. Fremont ranked happiest city in the country- unless you’re black. They just stare at you. I noticed a huge stain on the mattress when I was changing the bedding, and I never slept right after that night. I dont know why people always want reviews. I’m going to tell the truth. Thank you to the wonderful woman at the front desk who checked me in. I appreciate your spirit!"

"We had people working in the house on the mornings walking by the windows and the windows bathrooms had no curtains! They walked by the beds. Very uncomfortable There was a family sneaking in the patio looking at the property and they even tried to go inside when we were leaving for a party "

"The central heating and cooling was easy to operate and made the house very comfortable. Rooms were generally clean, except for some stains on a comforter and on a towel. Bathrooms were nicely remodeled. It actually has three rooms instead of two as listed. Would be nice to have different types of pillows as they were all too high/thick for me. It’s a quiet neighborhood. Would be nice to know ahead of time when the landscape maintenance guy was coming. Check in and check out were very easy, and it had everything I needed, so I didn’t even need to contact the host. Location is very convenient, just minutes to a lot of shops and eateries, freeways and a park. "
