"They room was very nice. Clean with upgrades and decorated with ferrier decor, very clever. We enjoyed the deck and the view. We also walked on the drive back to the River house. It was getting late so we did not walk the trails, but we saw deer and one fearless fawn! We decided when we come back, we will try the River house, since it is in the woods and we would be more likely to walk the trails.
Our only complaint is the room was cold and we did no figure out how to raise the temperature....
"Central and within walking distance of everything! Breakfast at the Bistro was excellent; servers were very attentive and friendly. The Inn staff were knowledgeable of the downtown area and were cheerful. My granddaughter especially liked the "free" cookies, prepared and ready at 2:30 pm every day. In the early evening, you can walk a short distance to the park and watch the beautiful sunsets, and hear Taps being played. We loved it and will return!"
