"Great stay, large clean room, spacious bathroom and nice views on balcony. Easy check in, building was super clean and tidy, close to the train station as well. Onsen is great but shared with the public too; so it does get busy and with a lot of locals. It’s a really nice facility with sauna, cold bath, honey bath, outside bathtubs and a carbonated bath to name a few. Overall would definitely stay again and recommend, especially if you’re going to universal. "

"You cannot get any closer to the parks than this hotel. The level of cleanliness and professionalism surpassed all expectations. Highly recommend booking Park view, you get views of all the rollercoasters lit up at night and also Hogwarts castle, Jurassic park and Super Mario. Will definitely stay again on our next trip."

Booked this hotel because of the proximity to USJ, the staff was friendly and efficient, the room was clean, beds comfortable. Did not use the onsen because we were exhausted but it looked great. "
