This hotel is a fantastic location to base yourself for universal studios japan, with views of the park. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating for us. The rooms were comfortable and modern, providing everything we needed for our stay.

I picked this hotel because of its proximity to Universal Studio Japan and Kaiyukan Aquarium. The location is not so convenient if you are exploring other parts of Osaka. The hotel is full of vibrant energy as most other people are teenagers during my stay. There are not many dining options nearby but te microwave corner on the 1st floor makes me happy as I can buy food from convenience stores and re-heat it there. The spa on the 3rd floor is amazing. I like the mist sauna particularly. My room size was satisfactory and amenities were good.

If you are planning to visit USJ then the location is very good. Otherwise I didn’t feel welcome by the reception in the checkin process as the person had some altitude with no smile or greeting, room was cramped with 3 single beds, there was no hook or towel bar in the washroom, there was no umbrella provided when it rained. It didn’t meet my expectation after I had visited more than 10 other hotels in Japan.

Love this hotel! We stayed in Muji C room and it was spacious, the beds were perfect for us, love the generous supply of complimentary snacks and toiletries provided . We would love to stay at Liber Hotel again.

This hotel is simply amazing! The hotel is right across the street from the subway station which is super convenient as the subway goes to Kinsicho station where you can connect to the Osaka Loop line. The hotel’s breakfast buffet is awesome, even with ice cream! The staff are extremely helpful and can give you advice on anywhere you want to go. As an added bonus, there’s a Japan Post drop-off box across the street! Universal Studios Japan is one subway station away. There’s a 7-11 and a Lawson a minute away, too! If you’re looking for a hotel that’s noisy, this is not the place. But, if you want super convenient and quiet with ever you need close by, you won’t find a better hotel.

From the moment you go through the door theres someone ready to help you check-in. Standard room was quite sizable, bed was comfortable, bathroom clean. The hotel in general is gorgeous. You can tell their main focus is guest comfort and easiness, which it makes things way better for us the guests. Breakfast buffet was so extensive! So much to pick from… definitely a great thing! A nice variety for locals and foreigners. Self Checkout was convenient and very easy to do. Lastly… location!! Exactly about 15 minutes from Universal Studios. There’s a convenience store around the corner for last minute needs. Definitely well located. A great pick! 5 stars!!!
