On the other side, some Credit goes to the breakfast buffet service: Great team: IDA D , IMMA , FEDERICA A,LAMIA, ARIANNA P and EMANUELE whom we have make it a must to congratulate before leaving and promised them that we will be back with great pleasure. They were polite ,professional and competent. This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! "Arrived and gave my name, woman at desk just looked at me then turned and had a conversation with another woman for a few minutes, very rude. Then she told us it would be 10 minutes until room ready even though it was well after check in time. When she called us over she told us our room was absolutely fine but we couldn't get on the balcony as there was work being carried out . Workmen were right on the balcony so left blinds shut. Then my daughter found a rucksack in the cupboard and when I went to look I realised there was a mens clothing (a full set... boxers, socks, shorts, tshirt) folded on the top shelf. I went down to reception and she tried to tell me it was their bag of cleaning stuff but when I explained about the clothes she sent someone up. They took the stuff away but no explanation. Reception guaranteed me no one would be showing up with a key to get into the room but I was worried all night someone would. Room was very basic and the bathroom cramped and very basic. Bed was clean and comfortable though. Breakfast was somes buns or cereal served in a little area beside reception and it was pretty awful. Was fine for us for one night to go to Napoli game but I wouldnt go for any longer and I wont personally be returning! It was cheap so I suppose apart from the mans clothes in our room it was acceptable for the money... just!"
