"Amazing location at the heart of Praia da Rocha. Highly recommend to stay here. Beds and pillows were very comfortable, overall very clean. Only stayed for one night, but I am planning to return to explore more the South part of Portugal and will try to stay here again because of its location and ammenities. Breakfast was included, with many options."

Just opened after renovation so understand and totally acceptable, as we were there on the first week. Felt private and exclusive. "The hotel is in a great location, quiet with a walking distance to Albufeira old town and local beach. The view from my room to the beach was amazing. The hotel looks old but well maintained. The staff at reception were super helpful and attentive."

"The Epic was just that, Epic. The customer service was great, the room spacious with a large comfy balcony and the meals delicious and varied. The pools were a good temperature and had plenty of chairs around them. The beach is a bit of a walk but very nice to have on property. However, the ocean water was only in the high 60’s in July so it was nice to have the pool options. We had a two bathroom suite which made getting ready for the day quicker. The room had a nice layout. Overall the hotel was quite impressive."
