"Lovely hotel will defo stay again when back in the area"

"Place is ok for what it is but what isn’t ok is the noise, people banging on room doors and running off! Get they do a lot of weddings but that should not be affecting the other guests staying there. Just constant noise, drink people and thud thud thud from music. The spa is inaccessible when a wedding is on due to kids!"

"Quality hotel close to the town centre, easy walk into the centre for evening meal. Parking available in a public car park across the road at a reduced fee (£5.00/night). Our room was clean, quiet & comfortable. Good to have air-con during the heatwave. Reception staff were helpful & efficient. Breakfast was ample, although some items of food not refreshed, and crockery/cutlery not replaced quickly."

"It’s a lovely hotel swimming pool gym facials staff are really helpful especially Michell on reception well done Michell deserves a star The only downside was the food some uneatable worse than any hotel I’ve been too we ended up going elsewear for our food we did complain the second night needs looking into I had the same sweet two nights one was really good strawberries cream biscuits delicious the second night they forgot the cream and strawberries and only one biscuit Sorry"

"Free coffee and drinks were very nice, AC worked well and you could actually control the temperature. No complaints, would stay again. Location is a bit outside the main part of the city but located very close to tram so it wasn't a big deal."
