The staff was primarily excellent, helpful and friendly. The rooms were nice and clean. I haven't traveled for a while, so it was weird not having a phone in the room and no info on the hotel in the room such as a room service menu, etc. I'm guessing that's the norm now.
The restaurants on-site were fantastic! Every dish we had in FiNO was delicious... so much so that we never went out to a restaurant for dinner. We just kept trying different dishes like the charred cabbage, vodka...

Booked this hotel since very close to Union Station, easy access to/from airport using train & shuttle to Red Rocks. Great value, lots of amenities- free coffee bar, ice cream bar, car service for 2 mile radius. Hotel was nice, room, comfy bed, bathroom.

It was a brand new hotel which was nice. Not so nice was the dog barking for two nights next door. Don't you have a policy that requires dog owners to keep their pets quiet while others are sleeping? They should have to sign a contract before you give them a room key.

The rooms are unusual in that the beds are raised and the closets are under the beds. There is also a projector which is nice for TV watching. And the staff was super nice and helpful along with a free breakfast sandwich which was freshly made and very good.

The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. I was upgraded to a King suite before and after my ski trip. The room was big and warm. My daughter and I enjoyed a wonderful mother/daughter trip. This is my "go to" hotel each time I visit her because of the close proximity to restaurants and local stores to stock up on food and necessities. It is an hour away from our favorite ski resort, Keystone. I will be back!

This is our first time here while visiting family. Very nice stay for a week. The breakfast was good, I suggest they cook the powdered eggs longer, so that they are not wet.
My only complaint is the exterior door entry card readers are a magnetic strip type, not a TAP type.
