"Reception is small but front staff was very helpful. Common areas are neat and clean. They have free laundry, that guests can use. Breakfast is amazing. Furniture in the lobby and waiting area need attention. Overall good experience. Price is very reasonable."

"Unfortunately, this hotel has serious issues with their card key system. We were fortunate to get a single key for our room but our friends were not. Most people who checked in after us had to be escorted to their rooms and let in using the staff security key - not very secure in my opinion. So, every time they came in they had to be escorted. We were there 2 nights and it never got fixed. It's also located in a rather run down sketchy area so walking anywhere was out of the question. The upside is they had a good bar and food service from 5-10PM daily. Also, the room pricing reflected the issues. It's also relatively close to the airport."
