"Could hear the bass for the club below till well late into the night and also can hear sirens outside and street activity even tho the room had zero windows. The pillows were comfy as well as matress and duvet but the body wash needed refilling and only drops were coming out. Air con worked great was quite. Staff were nice and helpful but the lobby was always busy so i’m sure they struggled to help everyone."
Strand Palace Hotel

"Unfortunately the bedroom did not meet our standards. The position of the bed made it difficult to move around it, therefore disturbing those when you needed the toilet. Only 1 light above the bed and had a wall pressed against me. Not conducive to a good night’s sleep."

"A surprisingly wonderful stay. The hotel was very quiet despite being so close to the airport. The room was spacious and clean, bed was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and a great variety"

"Our stay at the Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge was everything we were hoping for. It was centrally located so was an easy walk to everything. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The rooms were very quiet despite being in very busy area."
