The room and overall service was pretty good. Staff were very cooperative and the area seemed to be safe.

We had a wonderful stay. I want to especially thank the man taking care of the breakfast. He was the best I’ve ever seen. He went to every table making sure everyone had what they needed and made sure that all the items were full. It was nice to see someone taking pride of their job.

When we arrived the manager Georgia met my son at the front desk. She was very nice and quickly got us checked in. She showed me a map of the city as our intention was to go to the world famous Omaha Zoo, but she expanded our time to some other events/stops in the city. The breakfast was awesome and Sheila was the cook on duty. She was very polite/nice and busy with the morning stuff. My 2 kids swam and made friends while at the pool. My daughter and I stayed here overnight for a shopping day the next day. Cleanest hotel room, ever! Great beds, wonderful pillows, soft towels and quiet! Only problem was there was a new TV and the remote would not work with it. Called the desk and he tried to help, but was unable to set it up, but it was late, so no problem. I would encourage a new shower head. Loved the visit.

Everything was good. Room was nice, beds comfortable and staff pleasant.

We had a maintenance issue at 5am and could not get ahold of anyone at the front desk. We even tried calling the main hotel number and it still went to a voice mail that was full. Very frustrating. An hour or so later we were able to make the repair ourselves. Otherwise, great place to stay.

Sam checked us in and Leeann poured a glass of champagne, very welcome after a long day. The room was well-sized and nicely appointed. Location to the Old Market and downtown is about as good as it gets. We would gladly stay hear again.

Great location. So good good, I came back twice in the same month.

Great hotel, loved my stay. My only complaint is I stayed 4 nights and they only refreshed the room 1 time. And the body wash soap run out and was not changed during my 1 and only refresh.

We were greeted by the kindest lady at the front desk. The hotel is beautiful has so much character. They have a nice little bar there and the bar manager was so nice we could have stayed there all night talking with her.

Love the Continental breakfast it was very convenient and also very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also the location was great for us with easy access to the expressways. I've already told other family members to use your service. Thanks
