After I checked in I went to use the bathroom in our room before we went out to eat, I lifted the toilet seat and almost gaged. Urine had fermented in the toilet and made the bathroom smell so terrible that we didn't use the bathroom for a few hours. My daughter requested a hotel with a hot tub for her birthday, she just wanted to relax, so I looked for the best rated hotel with a hot tub. Unfortunately when we got to the pool room the hot tub was greenish brown and you couldn't see to the bottom of the hot tub. It was quite the let down being that is all she requested is to sit in a hot tub and relax."

"The room was not cleaned very well. The hot tub didn’t work correctly. It kept shutting off after about 5 minutes. When we bought down our full garbage at about 4:00 p.m. (no housekeeping came to check all day) and when we asked where we could put it we were told where the dumpster was! I then said, you want your guest to take the garbage to the dumpster? He then said to just drop it by the overflowing breakfast garbage can. Again This OS about 4:00p.m."
