The hotel's location in an industrial area means there's nothing within walking distance and it got really noisy in the morning. Unfortunately, the staff didn't do much to make us feel welcome. Interactions were brief and lacked warmth, with barely a hello or acknowledgement. Housekeeping was also a letdown. While the room was superficially clean, we noticed that they had missed several items on the floor, leaving us to wonder how thorough the cleaning really was. The rooms themselves are functional, but that's about it. The bed was hard and uncomfortable, and the windows didn't provide much insulation, making the room chilly at night. Overall, our stay was disappointing, and we wouldn't recommend Hotel H to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay."
