"Unfortunately, our stay at Q Station did not meet our expectations. We were not impressed with the lack of cleanliness in our cottage. Some staff members were not very helpful when we required assistance. The quality of the food was not great considering the prices. The overall upkeep in terms of maintenance was below standards. It’s very sad that a beautiful, historical property such as this has been left in the hands of a poorly managed company. I truly hope that things can change for the better."

"Well equipped if you wanted to stay in and cook. And having a dishwasher and washing machine was great! My room was a bit dated but of a reasonable size. My bathroom would benefit from a cosmetic upgrade but the shower was powerful and the water always hot."

" We received a very friendly welcome from Dylan at the front desk, who was very helpful. Our room/loft was very comfortable clean spacious, great views. The Hotel has a relaxed atmosphere. Received a lovely welcome gift in room. Continental breakfast was enjoyable, was all that you needed. Hotel is in good location, lovely walk to beaches, South Head & the Gap, many cafes & restaurants nearby."

"No view from our unit but the sofa bed was made up as requested, overall a very enjoyable experience and a spacious studio. However we did not like having to walk to another building to use the hot tub without a change room or shower at the main pool."
