"Eric messaged regularly with details, places to eat, wineries to visit etc. the property itself is large and very well suited to relax in the large living rooms, the deck etc. unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate with us at all so couldn’t really use the outdoor amenities - but will try to be back. "The house was great. Enjoyed the hot tub, comfortable beds, and spacious rooms. The property management company was terrible though. They were totally unresponsive to questions within the app. They did not provide check in instructions before check in. We had to call to get them to send instructions. Then they sent incorrect instructions and we had to call again. They also send constant spam emails from the time we booked trying to upsell their services and I was afraid to opt out and miss important communications. "
