"Hotel property itself is amazing. Room is clean and big enough. However I was annoyed I had to ask for water and was given tiny bottles and I had to pay for water for room. You get free water even in budget hotels in uk and Europe. WiFi in my room didn’t work. Breakfast is good. Apart from receptionist , Rest can do with some hospitality training, I mange a hospitality venue. Manager here needs to train the servers / waiters to do check backs offer more drinks. Problem here is whenever we are chilling by the pool and when we finish with our drinks we have to find servers for another drink. Also perhaps mix staff per shift with some English speaking team. Some people really struggled to communicate in English. But what I concluded about this business is they are not concern about hotel guests. Hotel is just part of The club, People come to do clubbing and book room after. So we’re just someone to fill the room. I would mention couple of receptionist were extremely helpful. If I can spell her name correctly “Shyma” she is amazing. IF YOU ARE IN MARRAKECH FOR PARTY THEN STAY in this hotel. Not for someone who wants a chill time. I would say perfect hotel for youngsters."

"After returning from the Sahara, we had a very pleasant stay here for 1 night before our flight the following day. The staff were outstanding - very welcoming and helpful, even going so far as to help me get some postcards mailed! Love the table service for breakfast. Our room was large and comfortable. There was one minor maintenance issue during our stay, and the staff was happy to respond and accommodate."

"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were polite and helpful. The room service was also very good. The indoor and outdoor pools were the best part during our stay. In regard to breakfast, it would have been better to have more vegan options as they could only offer fruits and some chopped veggies. There is still some renovations going on in the hotel though we did not feel disturbed by it as we understand it is part of the process to make it better. Location is also great with access to mall, cafes and restaurants. Overall our stay at the hotel was amazing and we loved it."

"The room was clean, staff was very friendly & accommodating. The hotel was a beautiful traditional Moroccan Riad, which was just what I was looking for. It was very close to the airport and just a quick 10-15 minute ride to the local attractions. They recommended a camel ride/day excursion, which was excellent, highly recommend. I would like to thank everyone there for welcoming me and making my trip pleasurable."

"I stayed here as a solo traveller for 5 nights. The room was huge and I was fortunate to have a ground floor room which opened on to the pool area. Breakfast was good with lots of options. However that was the only meal I ate in the hotel so can’t comment further on other food options. The staff were all great and very courteous and helpful. Would certainly recommend or stay again!"

The facilities were excellent, providing a very comfortable and welcoming environment for my trip to Marrakech with my daughter. While the hotel itself was great, I am writing this review specifically to highlight the exceptional service provided by two of your staff members who truly made our stay memorable. First, I want to give 100% praise to Abdelilah at the front desk. He went absolutely above and beyond in his duties. His professionalism, helpfulness, and dedication to guest satisfaction were evident throughout our stay. Secondly, i want to highly commend Abdel and the entire animation team. The quality of the entertainment, including the music and dances, was outstanding. Abdel showed genuine care for us as guests, bringing fantastic energy and ensuring we had a wonderful time. You have a fantastic team, and these individuals are a true credit to your hotel. I highly recommend recognizing both Abdelilah and Abdel for their outstanding contributions to the guest experience.
