"Great staff..... less than average property. This was a long weekend away for two adults. This was a nice place-ish. The staff were great, especially Tim the maintenence man and the front desk staff. It was un-nerving that the ENTIRE floor smelled like weed for the first 3 days we were there. And nothing was done about it. If i smoked a cigarette there we would have been charged incidentles. We did report this but nothing was done. The smell was sickening! There is no breakfast, but they do have coffee in the morning. The pool is nice, cold, but nice. Again. With the clientele there it was so messy it was not enjoyable. Fortunately after the weekend, we were able to enjoy the pool. The shower had NO water pressure. Took at least 45 mins to completely shower. Our air conditioner broke and we were promptly given a new room, which we had to move all our stuff but were eventualy comfortable. Over all the stay was ok but its an old property not maintained or goverend well. I would not stay there again for more than a night or two. The owners should really invest more in the property and their staff. "

"Ice rink was not available the first two days which was the only reason we booked at the Carousel my grandchildren love to ice skate. The hot tub was not working on Saturday the Coffee shop was not open the first 2 days. "

"It’s very nice. The oceanfront restaurant is under renovation. Room was clean. Tiny balcony big enough for one person to stand on allowed view of ocean or bay. I felt very comfortable as a solo traveler. Front desk folks were top notch. I would stay there again."

"Beautiful Condo with a stunning viewof the beach. We had direct beach access from lobby. The indoor pool and hot tub were nice as we stayed in November. The outdoor pool look nice with a huge sundeck the overlooks the beach. The couch in the condo is as comfy as it looks. Plenty of room for a family. Could use more pots and pans...but since it was just a weekend stay for us, we eat out. Would stay again!!"

"Very nice view of the ocean. Perfect size for the 5 of us adults that stayed for 2 nights. Perfect communication with the host. Easy access to parking, beach, pool and surrounding hot spots. Looking forward to our next visit. "

"Check in process was a little inconvenient with having to go to a location beyond where we were staying to get keys. Bathroom shower and tub needed to be cleaned better. I always bring cleaning supplies when I travel, so I actually cleaned the whole bathroom when we got there. The room had everything we needed, location was awesome. "
