"the room and the bathroom was very clean. everything was well prepared. the staff was very helpful and friendly. breakfast was plentiful and constantly refilled when anything got low. the only thing we noticed is that outside of the building and the grounds could use some attention."

"Clean room, helpful staff, hearty breakfast, balcony watching ocean waves, and on the beach👍"

"Super quiet and cozy. Just what we needed. Friendly staff and definitely our new place for annual vacations"

"Liked the motel n the option of having a room right next to my son and his family and all were on the first floor."

"Great staff, great location!"

"Beach view is so beautiful"

"A Hidden Gem! Nicely renovated rooms and the pool was still open and Very clean in and around. People were friendly and dogs were well behaved. For the price and the beach right out the door….worth every cent. Will go back again"

"No view to ocean from 1st floor rm. tiny bathroom. Building is in rough condition. Charged way more than a hotel right down the street. Window of our room was collapsing under rotten wood."

"We loved being on the third floor. Great views. The bed was comfy. But, the A/C didn’t work. It blew air 24/7 but never cooled the room off."

"Complimentary wine and cheese 3-5pm. Nice place. Staff is very friendly."

"Staff and owners were very welcoming. We accidentally left a few items, which they offered to mail to us. Our kids loved the koi pond."

"Stay was awesome! Courteous staff and great experience! Totally recommend!"

"Great property with great amenities. Our floor in our room felt like it had never been swept, I swept it twice while there. If we were bare feet it felt like sand before we ever even went to the beach. Beds were comfortable, but I highly recommend checking sheets and top cover, ours were both dirty. Overall great stay and would go back. Breakfast was just ok."
