"Checked into our room and it was dirty with stains on the walls and ceiling, old dirty carpet and a strong musty/moldy smell that triggered my asthma. We asked to be moved to a different room, but the hotel was full, so we had to check out within 30 minutes of entering our room. The lobby is nice and reflected in online photos. Our room did not reflect the online photos. It was disgusting.
The hotel manager refused to refund us for the 3-night stay. Expedia was not much help either. We finally had to enlist our credit card company to investigate and resolve the matter."
