"Location was excellent in Old town, walkable to most of edinburgh. Rooms were very clean, plenty of tea/coffee/biscuits supplied each day which I loved. Plenty of space for luggages and to spread belongings around. Couldn't really hear the main road despite being so close to it and with construction going on right outside the hotel. Overall pleasant stay and would come again."

"Good for the price, although during the Festival it is considerably more expensive than when I tried it out for 1 night about 4 months ago. My only niggle is, could have more room in the shower, or a sliding door so one part of the area can stay dry. You will get your clothes wet from the floor when getting dressed"

"Great location, close to many historical places. Big plus on having a luggage room, We like the concept of having little kitchenette with everything that needed for cooking a whole meal. Our bathroom sink wasn’t draining well, but it was fixed on the same day, thank you! The only issue was the ac, I’m not sure it worked, but it wasn’t too hot anyway."
