The Spa at Norwich Inn

The Spa at Norwich Inn

10/10 Excellent
"This property is a great place to go to decompress from any of life’s stressors. Its focus is their signature spa which is pretty good. The pool is in need of repair as well as some elements in the men’s locker room. That said the spa menu is vast and has something for everyone. The quiet room and the outdoor lounge area are great pre and post treatment spaces. The 2 restaurants are ok and reasonably priced. The flavors are unique twists on some classics. Our room was upgraded on arrival which was a nice surprise and appreciated. The room was very comfortable and if I had any constructive suggestions it would be do replace the old doors as the existing don’t open easily and the AC is not really controlled from the room as we tried to get it cooler but not able to. Also when it kicked on it was very loud. All said though not worthwhile to call the front desk and complain. All in all this was a much needed relaxing and recharging weekend and would highly recommend others to try. Last word - the staff are all amazing and ready to help with a smile. Special shout out to V the concierge/ driver."

"We stayed due to a concert at Mohegan. The rooms are a bit damp but clean and the hotel overall is nothing special. The ice machines on the floors were not working but the front desk had ice and provided as much as you needed. But the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff is top notch. They definitely make this hotel what it is. Every single one of the staff members that I came in contact were friendly and helpful. Even the shuttle drivers (we had 2, one going and one coming back) were amazing. They were friendly and happy and had a van full of drunk woman and were still smiling. Bravo Bravo Bravo!!!! 👏🙌 I would absolutely stay again."

We were going to a show at the casino so this was a great option to stay instead of paying more than dbl at the casino!! They provided a shuttle to the casino every 20 mins which was unexpected and perfect for us! Would definitely stay again."
