"The North apartment was a great stay. The private deck was a cool addition to the apartment. The rooms are a nice size and the kitchen and living room were perfect for two couples and a dog. The kitchen had most things you could want for a short stay including a full size refrigerator with freezer. There is no beach view but it is just a short walk from the apartment over the dunes to the beach. There was a dog and human wash station in the parking lot. The price was the most reasonable I found on the island. The owners were very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again."

"This was a wonderful week at Topsail, largely due to the Searenity being such a wonderful place to stay. The starter supplies were great, the living room was spacious and comfortable, and the king sized bed was restful. We appreciated the double sinks in the master bath as well. The Searenity was welcoming and clean. We even extended our stay by one night because we just didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend this property."

"We love the property. Had trouble with the keyless door pad. But after a few calls they remotely changed the code and we were able to get into the property. The next day late afternoon we discovered we had no hot water. Called the emergency # and they got Will to call us to try to resolve the issue. He was great! Came out about 8pm and determined it needed a new thermostat. Offered to go to Lowe’s, but that was 1/2 hour away. Told him to wait till morning. He came back at 9 the next morning and took about 15 mins to fix! We were back in business!! Everyone we spoke with and Will were polite and very helpful! Even with the hiccups we really enjoyed our stay! One last thing, the door had a sticker on it with the number of the previous management company, which we called when we couldn’t make the keyless pad work. They were very nice and told us they no longer handled that property. Might want to remove that sticker!! "

"My family and I loved this house! It was clean upon arrival and the location is excellent. You’re steps away from the beach and the sound. The pool is right by the house, which was perfect for my girls (2 and 4 years old). Krisha is a top notch host! She had a welcome card with a bottle of wine waiting for us. She was communicative throughout our entire stay. We will definitely come back whenever we visit Topsail again! "
